Changes in Rates

Even if you purchase material through our website, we do not guarantee supply at the same rates at which you had purchased the material. The rates may change as per market conditions. YouBuild is not responsible for the same. If rates go up even after purchase, you have to pay for the difference in amount. If rates are reduced, we will keep the difference in amount as your account balance.

Product Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Product Return & Replacement

• All goods must be thoroughly inspected by the buyer at the time of delivery for quality and quantity satisfaction. Return and replacement shall only be considered for Damaged/Defective products.
• Please do not accept any products with Damaged/Tampered Packaging (excludes normal wear & tear acceptable in the transit process).
• Product return without our knowledge will be sent back to the customer and we will not be able to process a replacement.
• To qualify for a replacement, the customer must send pictures of broken/damaged products or incomplete/incorrect delivery to the customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Product should be returned in original packaging along with original price tags, labels, invoices, and documentation. Products/items should be UNUSED.
• YouBuild must be notified of receipt of any Damaged/Defective product within 24 hours of delivery. Contact: +91 22 25028181 (Mon–Sat, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST) or support@youbuild.in.
• Please do not return products without making any correspondence with a YouBuild representative through the above mentioned modes.
• Final decision on whether a returned item will be retained or sent back to the customer shall be taken by the YouBuild Team.

Conditions for Refund

Refund will be provided ONLY in the following cases (for products; not applicable for services):

• YouBuild is not able to arrange for the ordered product.
• The replacement for the same product is not available.
• The product delivery is excessively delayed beyond the time mentioned on the website at the time of purchase.
• Products returned without our knowledge will be sent back to the customer and we will not be able to process a refund.
• Product should be returned in original packaging with original price tags, labels, invoices, and documentation. Products/items should be UNUSED.
• Final decision shall be taken by the YouBuild Team.

Order Cancellation & Refund

• You can cancel your order only within 60 minutes of placing it. The entire order amount will be refunded as a credit note. For cancellation, call +91 22 25028181 or email support@youbuild.in.
• Cancellation processing takes a maximum of 1–2 business working days. Reimbursement will be in the form of a credit note redeemable within 30 days.
• Part order cancellation is not permissible. To cancel a particular item, your entire order will be cancelled and a new order will be generated.
• No cash refunds are applicable for cancellations. Reimbursement will be in the form of a credit note redeemable within 30 days.

Website Security & Pricing Errors

Due to virus attacks, hacking, or software problems, there may be a situation where rates displayed for a product are lower than the actual sale price. In this situation, the Company has no binding to sell the product to the buyer at that incorrect rate.

In such cases, YouBuild (Build Smart Ventures) will refund the payment to the buyer within seven working days. Transaction charges may or may not be refunded.

General Terms

• Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any products or availing any services on the website.
• We will not be liable for your usage of any information provided on this website; usage will be completely at your own risk.
• Any dealings between you and any advertiser or affiliate found through YouBuild.in is solely between you and them.
• YouBuild holds no responsibility for any third party for any modification or discontinuance of any product, rate, discount, or service.
• YouBuild.in doesn’t assure acceptance on placement of every order. Delivery timelines are indicative and actual delivery schedules may vary depending on product availability, transit time, and local factors.
• Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions means the customer has also accepted the Delivery & Shipping Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy on YouBuild.in.

Status of Order

You will be notified by our team about the dispatch details via message and email once the order has been dispatched. We will regularly keep you updated about your delivery status.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Charges: Displayed and added to the price, varying as per the products or total cart value. Extra charges may be levied for bulky items.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Normally 2–3 business days, subject to extension based on location and product bulkiness. No particular time or day can be scheduled.
• Delivery Scope: YouBuild will deliver goods at the ground level of the customer’s premises. Unloading of goods is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns: Returns are only possible at the time of acceptance of goods if they qualify for a return.
• Service Area: As of now, we deliver within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). We do not deliver internationally.
• Shipping Restrictions: Whether your location can be serviced depends on legal restrictions, availability of reliable courier partners, and company discretion.

Membership Eligibility

5. Disclaimer: Pricing on any product(s) reflected on the Website may due to some technical issue, typographical error, or product information published by the seller be incorrectly reflected. In such an event, the Product/Service provider or YouBuild may cancel such order(s).

Charges

Membership on the website is free for buyers as of now. YouBuild does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the website. YouBuild reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time, including introducing fees for new or existing services. Changes shall be posted on the website and shall automatically become effective immediately after posting. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees.

Use of the Website

Payment Services

While availing any payment method available on the website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to: (1) Lack of authorization for any transactions; (2) Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and your bank; (3) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction; or (4) Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against purchases on the website shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees. Refunds shall also be made in Indian Rupees only and equivalent to the Transaction Price received. For electronic payments, refund shall be made through NEFT/RTGS or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system approved by RBI. In case of payments made through UPI, Card, or Net Banking, refund shall be made to the same payment instrument used by the Buyer.

For Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft in favour of the Buyer as per registration details provided. Transaction charges (including Payment Gateway fees) may or may not be refunded at the discretion of YouBuild.

Compliance with Laws

Buyer and product/service provider shall comply with all applicable laws — including without limitation FEMA 1999, Customs Act, Information Technology Act 2000, Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, Income Tax Act 1961, and the Export Import Policy of the Government of India — for using Payment Facility and YouBuild Website.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Build Smart Ventures, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, and their respective officers, partners, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of this Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules, or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai.

Unless otherwise specified, the material on the website is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. Build Smart Ventures is not responsible for supply of products/refund for products ordered from other locations/countries other than India.
